My true passion is helping individuals find their personal style and what truly inspires them everyday. We will use existing items that you have and LOVE to serve as inspiration as a jumping off point for the entire project. We will ask that you be proactive and pull tear sheets from design magazines, create Pinterest boards, your favorite outfits, trinkets from your travels, and family heirlooms that will help us determine your personal style. Next, we can put together a shopping list for you or offer our Personal Shopping services for you to pull your total look together.
Real Estate Listing - Staging Consultation
What to expect? I will walk through your home just as a prospective buyer would and make recommendations. I start with curb appeal, then the entry space, living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, baths, including closets, and outdoor spaces. In NC we are lucky enough to be able to use our outdoor rooms most of the year! Your back porch is valuable real estate. I can write up a full report for you as I walk and email it to you before I leave or your can take notes yourself. Often times, I’ll even start moving accessories or moving chairs and can draw out a floor plan for you if there is a lot of furniture to be moved.
The goal is to get if right the first time and prep your home before your listing photos are taken and your house listed for the quickest sale at the highest price! I pay attention to both the listing photos as well as showings considering furniture placement, use of color and pattern, art for focal points and how the rooms connect and have a flow. You want to create an emotional connection with the buyer, and I can help you do that.
